3D generalist, artist

Rookie artist with lots of passion and thirst for challenges.

I'm Meiju Alihaanperä, a rookie 3D artist with years of 2D experience. I'm a third-year student at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, studying 3D animation and modeling. I have a good basic understanding of every step in the 3D process and animation, with a passion for rigging.

I've specialized in rigging for the past three years, studying and creating rigs for characters, vehicles, and items. I love and enjoy every step of rigging, as I find it very peaceful, and I'm all up for problem-solving.

I enjoy working in groups and independently, as I am very flexible. People around me tend to say that I'm pleasant to work with, and I'm not afraid to take on challenges. While I focus mostly on rigging, I like every step of the 3D art process, and I'm ready to fill in any role if needed.

I'm a very hard-working person with a part-time job while studying full-time. I can balance out my work, social, and personal life with ease. To keep myself motivated and healthy, I go to the gym, socialize, and do hobbies that I love (drawing, gaming, and baking).

Currently, I'm seeking new opportunities in the 3D industry where I can gain more experience and hone my skills in a professional environment filled with amazing and interesting people.
